NZ Army Late 80s DPM Trousers

Time for big hair and radical DPM iterations from New Zealand - it's the 80s. 

As New Zealand forces moved away from heavy winterweight uniforms, a lighter more temperate fabric was pursued. These lighter weight uniforms were rolled out from around the mid 80s and adopted before the decade's end. Of course, these vary wildly in shades. The degree of fading sometimes enhances a more psychedelic colourway (see image for common colour variations) - how refreshing when surrounded by a sea of British S95 DPM, totally tubular. NZ must have thrashed their temperate trousers - we don't have very many!

• Wide 9cm belt loops (originally button down, some are sewn)
• Button or hook & loop waist adjustment tabs

Sizing: The first number is the waist circumference, the second size is the recommended height of the wearer. A 'Medium (79-89cm) / Regular' will fit a person around 170-180cm tall with an 89cm waist size. For more information, check out our sizing guide.
