British MTP First Aid Pouch

The perfect pouch in terms of size and functionality for making your own medical or survival kit. Genuine British army medic pouch from the Osprey MK 4 setup, these are heavy duty and fairly large IFAKs. 

Inside the pouch is a roll out mat with elastic double loops, for placing any medical equipment that would usually jingle around and take up the pouch. This storage system is also removable! These pouches attach to MOLLE compatible equipment.
