French Army Wool Neck Roll

Stop the chill down your spine and grab a woolen neck roll from the French military. A neck roll is a tube of fabric that's pulled over the head and worn like a scarf - a bit like a turtle neck jumper, but without the jumper. Also known as a headover or neck gaiter.
