French F1 FAMAS Rifle Sling

The French have often been willing to experiment with their military's technology and the FAMAS bullpup rifle was no exception for its time in the late 1970's. Of course a fancy new sling had to be developed and man these 3 point slings certainly were! 

There is one part of this sling that makes it a propriety for the FAMAS - that's the front most point that has a metal clip that hooks on. The rest of the sling weaves through D-rings and threads back on itself. When set up correctly you can adjust it on the fly and wear it pointing your FAMAS vertically close to the body in order to scale things or travel easily. 

These slings have spanned decades of French military use and can still be found in theatre today. A must for any FAMAS users!
