USGI Enhanced Duffel Bag

These enhanced duffel bags were introduced into US military service in 2013 and are still currently issued. Compared to previous duffel bags, these ones have a lot more features to secure the contents for travel. 

Made from durable nylon canvas you can certainly drag these off a truck no problem. Drag handles at each end, dual carry handles and shoulder straps gives this bag plenty of versatility for carrying tons of gear. The inside has a water resistant coating to help provide some rain cover when jumping off the bus into barracks. There are several gadgets to secure/access your luggage - a heavy-duty YKK zip and a metal loop/eyelet you can thread a lock through. Four adjustable straps with plastic clips can be used to adjust retention. A damn sturdy kit bag with some decent travel options, use one for transporting sports gear, emergency/survival kit or even tools.
